1980 Marlin Glenfield 30A .30-30 - Deer Head Stock - Original JM Stamped Stroudsburg
Selling an excellent, highly collectible 1980 Marlin Glenfield Model 30A lever-action rifle chambered in .30-30 Win. This is a highly desirable, original pre-crossbolt safety model featuring the genuine "JM" barrel proof stamp from the original factory.
Features the deer head and leaves on the stock and is in great shape with no scratches or dings. Barrel has some surface rust from storage but am sure it'll clean up nicely. I may just do it myself anyway
comes with a mounted Tasco 4x32 scope model 663s
I prefer going through an FFL but will to do a private face to face transfer with a PA ID and Bill of sales.
My father bought it in 1980 to go hunting. Turns out he didn't enjoy hunting so I am pretty sure he's only ever sighted it in and never actually shot a deer with it before he kept it storage ever since.
