Lucy needs a home where she can get all the undivided attention she can get. As shes gotten older, lucy has made it clear to us that our home is too chaotic for her, me working 10 hour nights and my husband working 12 hour days and 3 kids in between, she is not doing well. while we have 2 other dogs that are content just laying around and doing nothing while i sleep or work, she is very active and in turn ends up breaking into fights with our other dogs bc of her being overwhelmed and having anxiety. she would do best in a home where shes the only dog, she does get along with cats and children. She loves walks, car rides and lounging outside with you, she doesnt care for water but will dip her toes in if you go in. Now weve established shes a great dog, but heres the downsides (i think bc of her anxiety in our home) shes an escape artist of her kennel, she wont run out the door or anything like that but she can break out of any kennel. She can be skittish and mumbly when first meeting new people, but dont let that deter you, shes weary of strangers but will be your best friend once she knows you! If you feel lucy would be your perfect pet, then reach out to me.. i am looking to rehome her ASAP. she will come with her bowls, leash, collar, kennel and im not asking a rehoming fee... just a good home.
