This a very early New Model 1960 Army. FROCs have identified it as a 1960 year of production, #533 is an RNMA 1st variation 1st sub-variation from 1960. It has been fired and has a significant cylinder line. The bluing is strong and the case color perfect. The grips are in excellent condition. All the numbers match in an out. The bore and nipples are outstanding. It has the original box and instructions. Two corners of the box lid are split but other wise it is excellent for 64 year old cardboard. Please note the hammer has no notch which is one of the intentional anomalies the original manufacturers intended. It also is minus the Rampant Centaure, also correct.
